How to best use your business plan and the steps in the process. This class focuses on what to include, what not to include in your business plan, and how to present your information so funders will be interested in what you are doing.

The first thing an investor will look at is your management team, and how well they work together. The choice of management team members can make or break any business. This class focuses on who you need, how to attract them, and how to keep them once you have them.
Understanding Sales and Marketing
This class focuses on sales and marketing best practices; who to sell to, what to sell them. Learn how to identify and communicate with customers to maximize sales.
Developing Financials
This class focuses on creating financials to best run your business and to attract investors, including revenue models, scenario analysis and resources.
