Mr. Lee's responsibilities include the promotion and development of business opportunities in the City. These include establishing relationships with commercial brokers and site selectors, researching development and tenant opportunities, providing site tours, and analyzing market trends. In addition, Mr. Lee is tasked with spearheading the City's High Technology initiatives. These initiatives include the Riverside Technology Tenant Improvement Program, High Technology Relocation and Retention Program, Business Incubator, Riverside Wireless, Angel Network, and the University Research Park. All programs are designed to make Riverside a more attractive place for technology businesses to locate and thrive. He is a current member of the Riverside Technology CEO Forum. Mr. Lee is one of the hosts of the Riverside Today Show, highlighting activities occurring throughout the City of Riverside.
